Dear Hardworking Student,

Having just come out of college myself- I am able to look back and remember how tough it was to get through school with good grades and prepare for my future.

I know how tough the teachers can be. How strict requirements are. And above all, how important all those classes are for your GPA.

Doing well in college is essential to a successful career and more money later on your life. Looking back now, I wish I had taken advantage of some tools I never even knew were out there. MY STORY
I’ve been out of college for two years now, but looking back, if there was anything I could do differently- it would be saving myself time and money using Answer Keys that you can get here. What I would have given to know about this secret goldmine web site!

Can I tell you a little story about my last semester in College? I think you could learn from my epic mistake. Like I said- it was my last semester. I was all set to graduate and my entire family was coming out to my graduation in June. When I went in to meet with my college dean, he informed me that I was one class shy of being finished. See, I had been avoiding my math requirements from day one. Personally, math was never my thing. I had always done poorly and could barely muster the attention or patience to sit through two-hour classes. So, like I was saying- my dean told me I didn’t have enough credits to graduate, but they would make an exception and let me walk at Graduation if I took the final Math course during the Summer Semester. Reluctantly, I registered for the basic Math class, which started right after graduation.

Now, let me set the scene for you. Graduation was great, nothing but parties for two weeks. It was summertime, and the weather was great and I had a pretty good tan going on, and I was learning to ride a skateboard. Then, the first day of Math 104 started. So I rode my skateboard across campus and found myself a seat in the front row ‘power t’ of the room. It was all downhill from there. The professor walked in, an old, overweight, dreary kind of guy who looked like he wanted to be there even less than I did. He went though roll call, and bits of occasional spit landed on my desk, pushing those of us in the first row back. He was kind of like the principal from Ferris Buhler’s Day off- a droning, agonizing, slow speech that put you to sleep. I knew on that very first day that there was no way I could sit through two hours of this twice a week, so I decided on the spot that I would only go to classes on exam days.

I figured I would teach myself out of the textbook, and as long as I passed the exams I would be okay. So I went to work studying the most boring, tedious, irrelevant material- thinking I was getting it. I read the chapters and did the practice quizzes in the book. But I had no way to check if I got the answers right! Oh man, what I would have given for the Textbook Answer Key or some solutions manual- it could have seriously helped me with that Math Class.
Well, the first couple of Math exams I passed, but barely. And as the exams began to build upon earlier content, I found myself totally lost. Even after deciding to begin sitting though the classroom lectures again, I still didn’t get it, couldn’t keep up. And since I didn’t find the professor approachable, I didn’t go to him for help. And remember, this was a beginner math course. Well, by the end of the Summer Semester, and scarcely making it through the final exam, I was one point above Failing. Literally, I passed the class and finished my college career with a “D-“. That one D grade brought my whole GPA down!

The lesson-learned is- if I had taken advantage of having a Textbook Answer Key or Audio CD’s or Test Bank Questions, my story would be a much better one!

Instead of wasting time, I could have been studying and learning effectively- and could have saved my College GPA.

The average annual cost of going to a public school is $13,000.00 a year.
